Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside Tapestry:

1. Open Tapestry and go to the Profile tab.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently removes your account. It cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify it's you and process the deletion for you.

What is deleted

Deletion permanently removes your personal data from our systems, including:

• Your profile, name, email, and photos
• Your couple link, streaks, and XP
• Prayer logs, deep-question answers, and daily-ritual responses
• Snapshots, memories, and shared content you created
• Loom conversations
• Connections and connection requests
• Push-notification device tokens

What is retained, and for how long

Your personal data is removed within 30 days of your request. A limited set of records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business needs — for example, transaction and billing records needed for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. These are kept only as long as legally required and are not used to re-identify you in the app.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage or cancel it in your device's Subscriptions settings.
