Affiliate Agreement

Applications are reviewed individually and may be declined for any lawful reason. You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and able to receive payments through Stripe in a supported country. You confirm that the audience figures you give us are accurate and that your following was not purchased or automated.

Commission is a percentage of the amount a referred customer actually pays, after any discount, coupon, or credit — not of list price. Current rates and durations:

• Thread — 20% of the first payment.
• Weaver — 30%, on up to 3 monthly payments per referred customer.
• Masterpiece — 40%, on up to 12 monthly payments per referred customer.

Annual plans earn a single commission on the full annual amount rather than recurring monthly commission. Your tier is set at approval and may increase automatically as your audience grows. We may change rates prospectively with notice; changes never reduce commission already earned.

A sale is attributed to you when a customer arrives through your referral link and subscribes within your tier's attribution window — 30 days for Thread, 60 for Weaver, 90 for Masterpiece — or when they redeem a discount code issued to you.

Attribution depends on the customer's browser retaining the referral code. It can be lost by clearing site data, switching devices, or subscribing through a route that does not carry the code. We attribute what we can measure, and we do not guarantee that every sale you influence will be captured.

You may not earn commission on your own purchase or on purchases by your household.

Commission is held for a clearing period — currently 30 days — so refunds and chargebacks can settle. After that it becomes payable and is included in the next monthly payout run, provided your payable balance is at least $25. Balances below the minimum roll forward.

Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe's onboarding, including any identity and tax information Stripe requires, before we can pay you. We cannot pay an affiliate who has not connected a payout account.

Commission on a payment that is refunded or charged back is reversed. If it has already been paid to you, we may offset it against future commission.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Tapestry. You are responsible for your own taxes. Tax documentation and any required reporting are handled through Stripe as part of onboarding.

United States FTC rules require you to disclose that you have a financial relationship with us, clearly and conspicuously, on every piece of content carrying your link. The disclosure must be easy to notice: near the top, in the post itself, not buried in a comment, not hidden behind a “more” expander, not only in a bio.

“#ad”, “#sponsored”, or “Paid partnership with Tapestry” are acceptable. We review affiliate content periodically and will ask you to correct anything non-compliant; repeated failure ends your participation.

You may not:

• bid on “Tapestry” or close variants in paid search;
• send unsolicited email or messages;
• make claims we have not made — about outcomes, clinical benefit, religious authority, or anything a marriage app cannot promise;
• represent yourself as Tapestry, or use our name or marks in a domain, handle, or app name;
• post your link to coupon, cashback, or deal aggregators, or use cookie stuffing or any automated traffic;
• place our brand alongside adult, hateful, or illegal content.

You may use the assets in the affiliate creative kit for promoting Tapestry, unmodified, for as long as you are an active affiliate.

Either of us may end this arrangement at any time, for any reason, with notice. If we terminate you for fraud, undisclosed promotion, or a material breach of this agreement, we may withhold unpaid commission. Otherwise, commission already earned and cleared is paid out in the normal course.

On termination, stop using our marks and remove your links.

The program is provided as-is. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, traffic, conversion, or uptime, and we may change or end the program. Our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the commission payable to you in the three months before the claim.
